一年一度的學生領袖茶聚，於 5月6日舉行。這是一個難得的場合，讓校長、副校長、助埋校長和行政組的老師們，可以與不同的學生領袖，輕鬆地分組邊吃邊談。茶聚期間學生與師長分享自己眼中旳SCC，以及作為SCC學生的苦與樂，師長們聆聽期間可思考同學的哪些意見可以積極採納，即或不然，也可向同學解說難處。
今年學校更嘗試將每年學校的情意調查和持分者調查的部分數據，跟這三十多位學生領袖分享，期望他們從學生角度回饋。活動原定一小時，但不少組別都超時十五分鐘才結束，師生間確有美好的交流。
The annual Student Leaders’ Tea Gathering was successfully held on May 6. It was a valuable opportunity for our Principal, Vice-Principals, Assistant Principal, and the Administrative Committee members to connect directly with over 30 student leaders representing various sectors of the school.
Breaking away from the formal setting, the tea gathering allowed teachers and students to chat casually in small groups. Our leaders opened up about their lives at SCC—sharing their happiness and challenges they face. In return, the school leadership team reflects on how to turn student feedback into positive changes while explaining the considerations behind school policies.
This year, we shared selected data from the EDB’s APASO and the Stakeholder Survey with our student leaders. We invited them to interpret these data from a student’s perspective, providing us with "on-the-ground" insights. While the event was originally scheduled for an hour, many groups stayed for an extra 15 minutes. It was really a precious chance for exchanging ideas.
