Our school has a number of student leadership organizations and a Student Union. These groups provide a platform for students to develop their skills and contribute to the school community.

There are 12 student leader units established within our school, providing around 180 positions for which students may apply:

宗旨
(1) 遵從「香港九龍塘基督教中華宣道會」辦學宗旨
(2) 培養同學之自治、互相合作精神
(3) 提高同學之辦事能力與責任感
(4) 促進同學德、智、體、群、美五育之發展
(5) 促進同學之福利事宜
(6) 促進同學與教師及學校之溝通
(7) 促進同學對福音認識從而參與教會
權責
(1) 為本校學生之最高自治團體。
(2) 一切活動、以符合本會宗旨，遵從學校之指導，且不違反校規及政府法令為原則。
(3) 有責任協助各屬會、班會及四社解決困難，而上述組織有義務支持本會工作。
組織
由宣道會陳瑞芝紀念中學在校同學組成。
會長 ：由本校校長擔任，指導及監察會務。
顧問 ：由本校老師擔任，指導並監察代表會及幹事會之行政事務及活動。
代表會：代表會員監察本會一切事宜。
幹事會：為本會最高之行政組織，依章處理本會一切事宜。
In the absence of cabinet nominations for the 2025-26 Student Union Executive Committee, the Representative Council shall undertake the essential functions of the Student Council.
未有內閣報名參選2025-26年度學生會幹事會，因此將由代表會代行學生會的基本工作。
