Life-wide Learning Day (III)
Our third Life-wide Learning Day of this school year successfully took place on Friday, 8th May. This exciting day offered multifarious opportunities for students to extend their learning beyond classrooms and into diverse, real-world contexts.
From interactive workshops to immersive field trips, here is a glimpse of how our students broadened their horizons and engaged in self-directed learning across different forms:
- Form 1 STEAM Exploration: Students joined a dynamic STEAM workshop to explore the creative use of iMusic in movie editing.
- Form 2 History & Future Tech: Students visited the Hong Kong Museum of the War of Resistance and Coastal Defence and attended a Career Workshop focused on Artificial Intelligence.
- Form 3 Language Immersions & Practical Math: Students participated in English-language visits to Dialogue in the Dark and Crossroads Foundation, alongside hands-on Mathematics workshops related to measurement.
- Form 4 Chinese Culture & Financial Literacy: Students explored traditional customs via a Coming-of-Age ceremony experience and learnt about wealth management by taking part in Financial Education workshops.
- Form 5 Experiential Learning: Students engaged in a variety of experiential activities organized organized by different subjects, including Geography, Chemistry, Physics, Economics, and History.
Through these diverse, hands-on experiences, our students successfully promoted self-directed learning, broadened their horizons and effectively applied their cross-domain academic knowledge to real-life contexts.
本校於5月8日（星期五）順利舉辦了本學年第三次「全方位學習日」。透過多元化的體驗及活動，同學們將學習延伸至課室以外，在真實情境中拓寬視野、實踐自主學習。
以下為各級同學豐富多彩的學習點滴：
- 中一級 | STEAM 創意探索： 參加 STEAM 工作坊，體驗 iMovie 影片製作，探索如何將 iMusic 融入電影剪輯。
- 中二級 | 歷史人文與未來科技： 參觀香港抗戰及海防博物館及未來職業模擬工作室。
- 中三級 | 英語沉浸與生活數學： 前往黑暗中對話體驗館及國際十字路會村，參與英語體驗活動，並參與數學工作坊。
- 中四級 | 中華文化與理財智慧： 參與成人禮體驗，認識中國傳統習俗；透過理財工作坊學習財富管理。
- 中五級 | 多元學科體驗： 分組參與由不同學科籌辦的體驗活動，深化學科知識，包括地理科、化學科、物理科、經濟科及歷史科。
